Invoices, card, plan changes and cancellation

Settings → Billing → Manage billing opens Stripe's secure portal, where you can:

• download invoices (with VAT),
• change the card,
• update billing details and VAT number,
• switch plan or monthly/yearly: upgrades apply immediately (prorated); downgrades and shorter intervals apply at the end of the current period,
• cancel: the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account becomes read-only. You can resume before then.

If a payment fails, a red banner appears; Stripe retries automatically. Update the card in the portal to keep the subscription.
