Record expenses

Expenses → Add expense: yacht (or Fleet overhead for costs that belong to no single yacht), category, description, amount, date, and Recurring (monthly or annual) for regular costs such as insurance, marina contracts or salaries.

• Filter by yacht and category, and search by description or amount; the total is shown below the list.
• Each yacht also has its own expenses page (Yachts → yacht → View expenses).
• Manage categories to create your own (Maintenance, Marina, Insurance…).

Monthly recurring expenses also appear as projected costs in the dashboard's cash flow.
