Your data, privacy and where it is stored

• Hosted in the EU (AWS, Ireland).
• Each company has its own separate database: your data is never mixed with another company's.
• Daily backups.
• Encrypted connections everywhere (HTTPS); passwords are stored hashed, and email-server passwords and 2FA keys encrypted.

Your personal data

Settings → My account → Privacy:

• Download my data: your profile and activity as a JSON file.
• Delete my account: removes your login and personal data; your activity-log entries are anonymised. Company records (bookings, payments, expenses) stay, because they belong to the company. If you are the only administrator, first make someone else administrator.
