Users and permissions

Every user has a role and permissions (Settings → Users):

• Administrator: everything, including settings, users, billing and the activity log.
• Create and edit: bookings, yachts, expenses, partners, files, charter parties.
• Delete: deleting records and the recycle bin.
• Record payments: payments and partner credits.
• View dashboard: income, expenses and profit.

Without a permission, the matching buttons are hidden and the server refuses the action anyway. See Invite your team.
