I don't see the e-charter party export

Why the button is missing or the export is blocked.

The government export appears only if your company country is Greece (Settings → Company). Others see "JSON (general)".
If the export is blocked, the list at the top of the charter party says exactly what to fix (call sign, captain email, missing passport numbers…).
Charters that start in the past cannot be exported; the platform accepts future charters only.
