Checks before export

Everything the platform would reject, caught in advance.

At the top of the charter party Basenautic lists what must be fixed. Nothing is exported while issues remain, because the platform rejects the whole file if one charter party is wrong.

It checks among others:

  • the yacht has a call sign; the port authority and ports are valid codes,
  • dates exist, the end is after the start and the start is in the future,
  • freight is more than 0,
  • charterer name and valid emails (charterer, broker, captain),
  • exactly one captain, with an email,
  • every person has name, ID/passport, sex, nationality and date of birth,
  • boarding times are within the charter dates,
  • passengers do not exceed the yacht's capacity,
  • in a bulk export, no two charters overlap on the same yacht.

When all is well you see Ready for the e-charter party portal.
