What is the e-charter party export?

In Greece, every professional yacht charter must be declared on the Ministry's e-charter party platform (echarterparty.yna.gov.gr) before departure: yacht, voyage, charterer, broker, captain and everyone on board.

Typing this into the platform for every booking is slow and error-prone. Basenautic:

1. builds the charter party from the booking you already have,
2. lets you add the people on board and pick the captain,
3. checks everything the platform would reject,
4. exports a JSON file you upload with the platform's bulk upload, one or many charter parties at once.

The government export is available to companies whose country is Greece (Settings → Company). Other companies can still keep charter parties in Basenautic and export a general JSON.
