People on board and the captain

Under People on board press Add person for each passenger: first and last name, ID/passport number, nationality, date of birth, sex, and optionally email and phone.

• Add the charterer starts a person from the charterer's details.
• Make captain (the round button) marks the captain. There must be exactly one, and the captain needs an email: the platform emails them a login to complete or edit the crew list.
• Mark professional crew as Crew; everyone else is a passenger.
• Someone boarding later or at another port? Tick Boards later or at another port? and set the boarding date/time and port.

Write names and numbers exactly as in the passport or ID. Greek is converted to Latin capitals automatically on export.

The counter shows passengers against the yacht's maximum.
