Email templates

Settings → Notifications → Email templates. There are two templates:

• Payment reminder to client
• Unpaid booking alert to owner

Write the subject and message as plain text. To add booking data, click a field in the groups below the editor; it is inserted where your cursor is:

• Booking: booking ref, yacht, check-in, check-out, client, partner/agent, owner
• Payment: instalment, amount due, due date, due status, days overdue, paid so far, total price, bank details (Greek variants available)
• Your company: company name, phone, email, website

The live preview on the right fills the fields with a real booking as you type, shows the From and Reply-to the recipient will see, and marks unknown fields in red.

• Save stores your version (marked "customised").
• Reset to default brings back the original text.
• Send a test email sends the current text (even unsaved), filled with a real booking, with "[TEST]" in the subject. Nothing is recorded as a reminder.

Emails are sent as a clean, mobile-friendly HTML email with your company name (or logo) at the top and your contact details in the footer.
