Add your yachts

Yachts → Add yacht: enter the name, model and base (e.g. Lefkas). The base is suggested as the destination of new bookings.

Then open the yacht and press Edit yacht to complete:

Registration: port of registry, registration number, flag, length (LOA), material. Printed on booking confirmations.

Owner details: company name and address, VAT number, tax office, bank, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, beneficiary name, owner phone.

• The bank details appear on confirmations, so partners pay the right account.
• Owner email receives unpaid-booking alerts. Several addresses: separate them with commas.

E-charter party (Greek companies): call sign, port authority, home port (UN/LOCODE) and max passengers. See Prepare your yachts for the e-charter party.

Deactivating a yacht

Sold or no longer managed? Use Deactivate yacht. Its bookings and expenses stay intact; it just disappears from the active fleet and stops counting towards your plan limit.
