Booking confirmations (PDF and Word)

On a booking press Print (PDF) or Word (editable .docx).

The confirmation contains:

1. Your header: logo, address, phone (the yacht owner's phone if set), website and email.
2. Booking: reference, date, charter company (partner) with contact, VAT and address, customer, yacht and model, charter dates, embarkation and disembarkation port and times, remarks.
3. Extras, if any.
4. Pricing: charter price, extra discount, total on invoice & charter party, VAT, commission and net price to owner.
5. Payments: first payment and balance with their due dates and amounts.
6. Yacht details: registry, registration number, flag, material.
7. Owner / payment details: owner company, VAT, tax office, bank, IBAN, SWIFT, beneficiary.
8. Your payment note and terms paragraph.

Greek names and addresses print correctly. Use the Word version if you want to edit the text before sending.
