Partners (agents and brokers)
Keep agents' details, commissions and deposits in one place.
Partners are the agents, brokers and charter companies that bring you bookings.
Partners → Add partner: name, email, phone, address, country, VAT number, general manager and notes.
The partner's email is where client payment reminders go. A partner without an email is skipped by automatic reminders.
Deposits and credit
Some agents pay you in advance, or overpay. Record it with Record deposit: the amount becomes credit for that partner. See Partner deposits and credit.
The history link shows every deposit of a partner. The dashboard shows each partner's revenue, outstanding balance and credit.
A partner with bookings cannot be deleted, so your history stays complete.
