Booking files

Contracts, passports, receipts stored with each booking.

Press Files on a booking to upload documents: contracts, crew lists, passports, proof of payment.

Allowed: PDF, images (PNG, JPEG, WEBP, HEIC), Word, Excel, TXT and CSV.
Size: up to 20 MB per file, 60 MB per upload.
Click or drop several files at once. The badge on the button shows how many files a booking has.

Files are checked on upload (the content must match the file type). Downloads always come as a file, never opened as a web page.

Deleting a file is permanent. Deleting a booking keeps its files until the booking is permanently removed from the recycle bin.
