Company details and logo

What to fill in under Settings → Company and where it appears.

Open Settings → Company (administrators only).

Upload a PNG or JPEG up to 2 MB. A transparent PNG that is wider than tall looks best. The logo appears:

  • in the app sidebar,
  • on PDF and Word booking confirmations,
  • at the top of emails, if "Show the company logo at the top of emails" is on (Settings → Notifications → Email templates).

Use Use default logo to remove it.

Contact details

Trade name, address, country, phone, email and website. They are printed in the header of booking confirmations. When a yacht has an owner phone, that phone replaces the company phone on that yacht's confirmations.

Your company name is also the sender name of your emails, and your company email is where replies go. See Who sends your emails.

Business and tax details

Legal name, VAT number and tax office. If your country is Greece, two more fields appear: Business registry no. (GEMI) and Tourism licence no. (MHTE).

Country

Choose it from the list. It controls Greece-specific features such as the GEMI/MHTE fields and the e-charter party export.
