Set up your account in the first hour

Follow this order. Each step takes a few minutes and makes the next one easier.

1. Company details and logo: Settings → Company. Your logo and details appear on booking confirmations and emails. See Company details and logo.
2. Booking defaults: Settings → Booking defaults. Set your usual commission, deposit percentage, payment terms and embarkation times. See Booking defaults.
3. Bank accounts: Settings → Bank accounts. The accounts you receive payments into.
4. Yachts: add each yacht, then open it to fill in owner and registration details. See Add your yachts.
5. Partners: add the agents and brokers you work with. See Partners (agents and brokers).
6. Extra services: your price list for extras (skipper, SUP, transfer…).
7. Bookings: enter the current season. See Create a booking.
8. Payments: record what you have already received.
9. Users: invite your team with the right permissions.
10. Reminders: when your data is in, switch on automatic payment reminders.
