Act on many bookings at once

Excel export, confirmations, charter parties and reminders for a selection.

On Bookings, tick the bookings you need (or tick the header box for the whole list), then choose an action in the bar that appears:

Action	What you get
Export to Excel	One row per booking with every detail: yacht, dates, partner, prices, commission, payments, balance, status
Confirmations (PDF or Word)	A ZIP file with one confirmation per booking
Charter parties (JSON)	The e-charter party export for the selected bookings (Greece)
Payment reminders	Sends the reminder email for every selected booking that has something due

Payment reminders skip bookings with nothing outstanding, without an email address, or reminded in the last 12 hours, and show you a summary.
