Maintenance reminders

Insurance, certificates, liferaft service: never miss a date.

Maintenance keeps the dates you must not miss, and emails you before each one.

Add a reminder

  1. Open Maintenance and press Add reminder.
  2. Type what it is, or pick a common one (insurance renewal, liferaft service, fire extinguishers, flares, EPIRB, general inspection certificate, licence renewal, engine service, antifouling, rigging).
  3. Choose the yacht, or Company for things that aren't about one yacht (e.g. a licence).
  4. Set the due date and how often it repeats (once, every year, every 2 years…).
  5. Choose when to email: up to five steps, e.g. 30 days before, 7 days before and on the due date.
  6. Choose who gets the email: your administrators, and/or extra addresses such as your mechanic or insurance broker.

Press Send test email to check the text and the recipients.

What happens next

  • Reminders are emailed from 08:00 (Greek time) on the day each step is reached.
  • If you add a reminder late (e.g. 5 days before the date), you get one email, not one for every step you missed.
  • Overdue items are shown in red at the top.

Done or renewed

  • Renewed (repeating items): the due date moves forward by the repeat period, e.g. a yearly insurance moves to next year, and the reminders start again.
  • Done (one-off items): the item moves to Done. Reopen brings it back.

Filters: Open, Overdue, Due in 30 days, Done, All, and per yacht.
