Share availability with partners

Your partners don't need an account to see your free weeks.

Live link

1. On Availability, press Share.
2. Choose All yachts or one yacht, add a label if you like (e.g. "Agencies 2027") and press Create link.
3. Copy the link and send it.

The page always shows the current availability: when you add a booking, the link updates by itself. Partners see free, booked and changeover days, can switch between this season and next, switch English / Greek and download a PDF. They never see client names, partner names or prices.

Each link shows how many times it was opened. Delete a link and it stops working immediately.

Email partners

1. On Availability, press Email partners.
2. Choose the yachts, the season and the email language.
3. Choose Include the live link, Attach the PDF, or both.
4. Tick the partners (or Select all with email). Partners without an email address are greyed out.
5. Check the subject and text. Fields such as {partner_name} and {season} are filled in for each partner.
6. Press Send.

Every partner gets their own email (they don't see each other), sent from your email server with your logo and contact details. At the end you see who received it and any that failed; every email is also in Settings → Activity.
