Icons next to the booking date
What the small icons in the bookings list mean.
In Bookings, the first column shows the date each booking was created. Small icons next to the date tell you what else the booking has, without opening it.

No icon means the booking has none of these.
- The icons are only for you and your team: they never appear on confirmations, PDFs or the availability page you share with partners.
- They update as soon as you save: add a note, upload a file or create the charter party and the icon appears.
- Click the row to open the booking (needs the Create and edit permission). Its reference (e.g.
FLU1026) is shown at the top; you can still search the list by reference.
